Default Pelican sled on sale at Costco

Just bought another Pelican sled at Costco Sherwood Park. Not sure what I paid for the first one but I think it was close to $300 and thinking more. They are $157 at Costco and have the cover top and the hitch and runners that go with it. I bought one to have at each cabin. They are great sleds and love the top on them to keep snow out while going on the line.
Thought would let you all know.

Good deal. Do yourselves a favour and put bigger pins in where the hitch attaches to sleigh and beef up the snowmobile end of the hitch as well.

Default That is a better deal

Just bought the Peavey Mart sale sled before Xmas (Otter Pro) for $150 but the hardware was a seperate item at $49. I looked at the sale flyer calf sled but decided they were too flimsy so went with the heavy duty Otter instead.

Does the otter Pro come with a cover? bottom pieces so the tub doesn't wear out? Hitch for trailer?

The Pelican comes with all that included for $157

Default Nube

No yours is a better deal. Know one farmer that has had an Otter for 7 years with no wearing out of the runners but they are heavy plastic ridges moulded into bottom. he uses it hard so I suspect mine will work just fine behind the quad. I would have bought the Costco one as well as no cover on the Otter Pro and the framework to hitch to sled or quad was an additional $49. Costco wins on this one.
