As the title states, anyone in the area know if police is ice free and if not are there any other lakes in the area you can launch a boat?

I have not seen myself, but I have heard that it is free of ice. Payne Lake is also open. I don't think there are many lakes left with any ice in the south, unless they are very high up!
We were at police last week, this picture was taken on Sunday.
There was a tiny bit of ice on the SW bay on Saturday, but it was all gone Sunday. Not sure about the condition of the boat launch, but there was 1 motor boat out both days, a few pontooners, and a few kayakers.
