Default Walleye Fishing - Specifically PCR

I've always enjoyed coming to Pine Coulee with the kids and spend the day catching some walleye. As most of you probably already know, PCR was added as one of the lakes this year where you can harvest walleye from.

Do you guys know if tags are needed to keep any walleye from PCR? If so, would you know which class (a, b, or c) I need to apply for? PCR isn't in the 2017 special walleye brochure so I really have no idea which class to apply for, if even needed.

I called the 1-888 number and the lady I spoke to was just as clueless. She says to check the regs but again, I don't think the new ones reflect these recent lake openings.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The regs are very clear on this I would suggest picking up a copy, the others are correct on this, but you can't trust the inter web.

....And get out there soon. I'd guess it's going to be much tougher fishing come summer after everyone and their dog takes out 3 a day for the next 3 months.

The web has the latest regs. I keep a pdf copy on my phone and usually print out the sections that I normally fish (like ES1 and PP1).

In case you need to links.
