Default BX25 for Ruger

Someone just sent me a link on here in my PM box saying that BX 25's are legal in Canada now and there is an outfit out in BC that sells them. Is this true?
here is the link they gave me:

This has been beaten to death. BX-25's are prohib because ruger idiotically put "works for the charger pistol" on the box. Even though it is pretty much the same as a regular 10/22 save the barrel and stock, proof enough that the people in charge of our firearms system are a bunch of co*k stains.

X2!

I called Grouse River and the page that displays the BX25 is old. There was a guy on here who Private messaged me last night saying he has a few and can ship to me. That's what instigated me creating the thread as he provided a link saying it is legal in Canada.

Are the BX-25's that much better than the Butler Creek ones?

Yup, the butt creek ones are hit and miss but I've never seen them work in person. The polycarbonate Ti25's are the same as the BX-25's and are legal in Canada but they are hard to get.
