Does anyone know who fixes these things around Calgary if anyone??

The foot release is working properly and its not cocking to the correct place?

I have heard the have great customer service. Try giving them a call, its likely just something a little out of adjustment. There is also a troubleshooting section on the website that looks fairly extensive. Hope that helps get you going.
