2016-2017 Draw Booklets Out...
...For B.C. Sorry guys, didn't mean to tease, but I for one am excited. They don't have a priority system like we do here in AB, but my partners and I have been very fortunate the last 4 years in a row. Trying for 5.

Yeah, unless you're a BC resident, you're not allowed to enter draws. Doesn't mean it doesn't happen.
