Agree, now is the time for them to really dig in and put some wins up, and position themselves for a playoff spot. If they fall back asleep, they could just as easily eliminate any chance. Crazy that the race is so close at the mid point of the season, with a half dozen teams all within 3 points of a wild card spot. Flames play in such a tough division...

Incredibly tough stretch of games this past bit. So much looking forward to tonights game.

An important 2 points, and the PK did a good job killing all those weak, weak penalties...and Dougie is the Hero two games in a row, Flames on a 4 game win streak.

Excelent win, to bad they let the Wild back in for a point but end of the day Win is a Win. Keep the foot on the gas, we need all the points we can get. So tight this season all over. GO FLAMES!!!!

Great start for Flames, Ferland scores 29 seconds in and Johnny and Monahan get the assists. Would be most excellent if they could beat Tampa for win #5!

Fast paced game, easy to see why Tampa is top of the pack. What a load of talent! Flames looking good, playing a good defensive game, and Smith does look in the Zone.

My son is a huge Lightning fan and I actually feel sorry for him tonight...LOL
I stopped doing the WOOHOO when they scored the 4th goal...
However, for his birthday he wanted good tickets to the game in February when they come to Cowtown.....Hopefully it will be a closer game for him....

And that's five in a row, Flames just jumped into 3rd Pacific! Also, they are +1 in goals for/against now! How positive is that, to beat Tampa 5-1!?

Great game. Brouwer beats the stuffing out of that guy and then the Flames proceed to make the #1 team in the league look terrible enroute to their 5th win in a row. Very satisfying.
