Default Vortex Razor spotting scope

I have this compact product and it developed eyepiece problems.
I called into vortex Canada and they are sending out a replacement, sight unseen, immediately. I thought this action should be commended. I should have this by the weekend 👍

I've had two eyepiece issues with my razor 65 spotter. Sent it in to them both times. The second time the issue was resolved with the replacement of the eyepiece. Good service overall.

clarity/ moisture . I don't t know if this is an issue with others. Eg: I sent in a Nikon spot scope and the turnaround on it was quite long in the past
