Default Happy jack camper jack issue

One of my jacks on the camper keeps blowing the fuse.have to use it manually which is a pain in the rear..looked over all the wiring an everything an cant figure it out?

not familiar with it, can you lubricate it? seizing up? motor giving out?

Zero power to it when I push the button on the remote.the other 3 work just fine

If it’s continually blowing the fuse to just the one the I would look at the motor and gear box of that one is maybe the motor shot or something jammed in the gear box. Since you can use it manually that says the screw mechanism isn’t jammed or stripped but something with the motor is drawing high amps and making fuse blow.

Motor needs a new brush or brushes. Check Commutator for smeared bars if it was really bad and the brush holder has hit. May be due to moisture more so than use. Get an extra set they are cheap if the others are not far behind.

Thanks guys.i thought a wire shorted out or something but I followed the wiring back with no visual issues.pain in the butt using 3 electric jacks an cranking one manually.
