I’m in the same boat. They told me it would be mid February to end of February for my results.

Tough to test heads working from home. If this whole work from home is such a great idea, how come the service levels EVERYWHERE absolutely suck. I now regularly complain to managers about poor service levels, no point in carping at the employee they can't do anything about it. After over two years any manager that can't figure it out needs to be replaced.

If I were you guys I would start calling my MLA, Nixon's office and Kenney's. A little noise goes a long ways in getting government departments to pay attention.

I have been sitting on my sons deer glands and stem for this reason, first harvest in a zone that tests. I read every year about the wait times so figured I would sit on it and submit in the new year. That deer was processed into sausage trim chunks at the end of Nov and is sitting in his freezer. Guess I can drop off the sample anytime now, just have to take it directly to a branch.

Dropped four heads off at the same time. Got one result back yesterday - negative. Nothing on the other three. All from zones that are no longer mandatory.

Nothing yet. Dropped mine off Nov 29th at the office in Clairsholm, haven't heard a thing.

Crazy how long it takes, it's actually ridiculous.

The taxidermist that submitted the samples for my mule deer brought his in at the same time, November 8. I got my negative results in 2 weeks & he is still waiting. Go figure.

This is insane how long most of you are waiting for results. If I shot a deer first week of November and skinned it I wouldn’t pay to cut and wrap it until I had the results. I would imagine some of these deer are so dried out they would only make good coyote bait.

Wrap the quarters in plastic and freeze.
Deer are pretty small so I'm not sure why anyone would pay to have one cut and wrapped.
Before I got set up properly I used the kitchen table for that.

Yup!
Almost been 3 months.
Said screw it a couple weeks ago and had some backstrap and tenderloin off it.
The wait times are absolutely ridiculous.

I am still waiting for results from dec 16-18 hunt at camp wainwright. I haven’t don’t anything with the meat to a butcher yet. The deer have been outside covered in snow and tarps to keep the meat cool. At this point looks like I have a good start on bear bait now.

Mine has been deboned and roasts wrapped and rest cubed waiting to go get made up into peps. The little bit of effort to keep the meat in good shape is worth
It. Finally got results on Nov 15th drop off on Feb. 11th. At this rate my end of November results will be available end of April. Can't wait!!

Just got mine on Friday (Nov 29th drop off). Positive unfortunately but not surprising (WMU 102).

Lots of great memories and a sweet euro mount out if it, so that's ok. Fortunately I still have a couple WT's to get through in the freezer so I won't go hungry.
