I'd walk into Holland & Holland and say "Fix me up with something nice and pretty in 6.5 x 55 Swedish - in a Mauser bolt action you dolt - and a .35 Rem lever action with a laser sight, and don't make them too bloody heavy. Mind the wood is from the same log. You can keep the whiskey-sodas coming until you're finished. Two years waiting time? Fine, it's your whiskey."

Then I'd cheat and say "Oh, I need a nice matching pair of over-unders, 12 ga and 28 ga. Here is a photograph of my dog and my first girlfriend to engrave onto the twelve and here is a photograph of myself and one of Prince Charles to engrave onto the 28. Make it look like we know each other."

I'd buy my dad's Winchester 1892 in 25-20 for $500,000.00.......

I'd even drive him to the bank to cash the cheque

That's the one. An importer was willing to bring some into Canada if there was any interest. Price was up there, but they come with nightforce optics....my only concern is finding a good source of bullets up here, I've seen brass around for the same price as .338 Lapua.

Very Nice Design, I seen a couple different company in California copying the same design ideal and make it smaller Standard Bolt face for the 308 family, Saw they at Vegas gunshow last year in August, is base on the same design as the Savage Floating bolt head, very effective. I would mind the one in 338lapua or 300winmag, this is the only rifles that I would be willing to pay over $10000 for it. I believe is was around The $16000 if I am correct.

I would start with Holland & Holland's custom shop and "git me a squirral gun" in 22-284. Then I would talk to Lazzeroni about a .257 Scramjet with all the iceing. After that I think a matched set of colt revolvers with Ivory handles one in .38 special the other in colt.45 would complete an enjoyable collection.

Oh come on. Hands up all members who can even name 4 rifles costing $125,000 each without researching it on the internet. It's like asking what car you would buy if you could spend 5 million dollars.

Oh, and don't forget the oft-quoted "rule of thumb" about optics. Now you have to come up with four scopes costing MORE than $125,000 each as well!

Default Lazzeroni Rifles

I would own 4 Lazzeroni rifles in the Scramjet (257), Firebird (284), Warbird (308) and Meteor (416). The first 3 are $5500 each and the Meteor is $8000. Top them off with Talley Rings and Bases with Nightforce 5.5-22x50 NXS at about $2500 each. There, I spent about $35,000 on the rifles. Can I at least use the other $465,000 on the ammo for them?

I would have H&H make me a matching set of 12 and 20 round action side locks, and 28ga "Royal" shotgun, with some exhibition wood. I would also have them make me a nice "Bolt action Magazine Rifle" in 375 H&H. That should cover about 300k. Scope the 375 with a S&B 1-4 for another 2k.
Then I would get an Echols Classic in 404 Jeffery, and a Legend in 300 H&H, .338 Win. Mag, and 375 H&H. I'd put Leupolds on all of them; probably another 50k there in total. Then I would call up NULA and have a .243, .284, 338-06, and 325 WSM made. Scope all of those with Leupolds. Another 16k.
Then I would call up clay and get some Coopers done in .17 Fireball, .204 Ruger, .223, .22-250 AI, and 257 Roberts with some spankin nice wood, all up with Swarovski's for 20k. Then I would have Ralph Martini do up Grandpa's ol' Mauser 98 30-06 with a new Krieger, and some pristine wood in an English Stalker style all polished and scope it with a Swaro probably to the tune of 10k. Then I would buy a Benelli Super for the Waterfowl, and a Yildiz to beat around, both 12's of course, and a 20ga auto of some sorts. the lightest I could find of descent quality. Then I would get a Swiss Arms Greeen Special and mount a Nightforce on it, and spend the rest having Bill Leeper build what I fancy on pre'64 Model 70's in odd calibers, with at least one in .270 Winchester.

I'd buy an "Empire 99 Carbine," (a custom gun based on the Savage 99)...

http://www.empirerifles.com/Empire%2099%20Carbine.htm

in 308 Winchester to augment my 1957 .300 savage 99R and the 1950 99EG in the same caliber just sold to me by Prdtrgttr.

That's all.

A traditional, pennsylvania long rifle in .50 cal from allen martin would be nice. A sharps long range in 45-120 from perdersoli. Probably 6.5 grendel on an ar platform with some tricky optics and gizmos for the accessory rail. was I allowed 3 or four I been reading to long to remember...
Something to shoot a pimple off a flies ass at 1000 m rig of some sort is in order like that cheytac mentioned above... I could go on for hours putting together parts and builders for most things. If I had that sort of money to spend on firearms... I would still think its not enough.

I would think if you could get a hold of the rifle that assassinated JFK,, that would do it.
