Gunsmith Recommendation - Barrel Fluting and Cerakote/Bed

I'm looking for some recommendations on where to get a barrel fluted. It's an 18.5" Fieldcraft barrel that I was looking to maybe shave another ounce or two off of.

I may also have a rifle cerakoted, which I suspect, might require a re-bedding job due to the tight fit of the rifle (although I'm not the expert on these matters).

It seems Corlane's has some reasonable prices, but the reviews are quite hit or miss in terms of customer satisfaction. Does anyone have any positive recommendations for any other options (preferably near Edmonton, but I'm willing to ship), or any recommendations on where to avoid.
