Default 22PPC enthusiasts

I'm wondering if anyone is shooting 22PPC
Is your rifle factory? What's your pet load, preferred powder, bullets, brass.
I'm not interested in turning necks and leaning towards 60-70 grain bullets
This will be a SAKO AI single shot with a RKS gain twist bbl
Any recommendations for a chamber reamer to suit my needs ?

Donor rifle is a SAKO custom 20PPC that needs to be re-barreled after 12 years of coyote hunting with a variety bullets.
I had the unpleasant task of turning necks for the 20PPC

Sorry no help here but I like your rifle set up a lot. Silver target Leupold and that bipod for bench. Fricken wicked man!

If you talk to any reamer manufacture they will let you know what you need. My preference for reamers is JGS and Manson . If you have a specific brass you want to use you can send them a brass and they can make the reamer you want ( if you want minimum spec chamber ) . Yes they can make minimum spec with no turn neck

Have a Ruger M77 Mkii factory haven't gotten to play with it much. The little bit I have shot it seems to be very accurate if zi do my job.

Default 22 ppc

I have a custom 22 PPC that has a .244" neck and cases must be neck turned. Neck turning requires some time and patience but they only have to be turned once---and the cases last a long time.
I shoot 50 grain Hornady Vmax and H322 powder to get 3500 fps from a 24" barrel. Accuracy is superb as one would suspect from a 22 PPC.
