we wish all 150 of us could be there in person to help

a cheque from them for $ 5 3 000 to $ 5 6 000 would be a great win

just getting another car of Chrysler product may not be the solution

let us know how it worked out today

you seem to have things well under control, don’t get talking too fast and listen to what they say

record it all if you can

later man

I was watching a video a while back about a similar issue after an engine swap in a jeep. Problem turned out to be the security module. One they had the module unplugged and programmed out of the ECU, the jeep worked fine. Wondering if a faulty security module might be the issue here.

I own a Jeep Wrangler. I’ve spent more money on it than all other vehicles I’ve owned combined.

3 radiators
2 heater cores
2 starters
New lifters twice
Overhead cam
Thermostat housing
Blown rad hose
1 alternator
Needs brake pads about every 40,000k and the front end has been done a few times. It’s not worth much anymore. Why people continue to buy dodge products is beyond me.

Did you have to sign an NDA, or can you tell us what they did for you Jim?

you came across as very reasonable Ned had very valid concerns all throughout the AO thread
this carry over behaviour helped reach the settlement
we hope it met with almost all of your expectations
a vehicle new is very expensive and a major expense in one’s life

congrads
let us know the outcome if and when you can

I am sure they asked you to let the world know it has been resolved to your and their satisfaction

again whew

Do you mind if I ask what the resolution was?

Default It should have been handled better from the beginning.

Glad to hear you were able to reach a satisfactory settlement.
Although, it is too bad that this issue had to be escalated to a meeting with the GM in order to get a resolution.
Now, the real question is: what will you be driving next?
