Default any luck with Grouse in Crowsnest Pass

Has anyone had any luck hunting grouse? Where abouts?

always seem to scare up a few down by Sidgeon's Camp.
they are also in alot of the juvenile forests that surround the old mining pits.

Look for tall grass, set up a lawn chair and basically wait.

Seriously? Guess I've been wrong all these years...

I don't have much luck early but when the leaves really start falling it gets easier to spot them. We get deep off the grid and usually have a few for evening supper. Early am and near dusk along almost any back road you'll likely find a few.
