I cant speak to that exact model; however, I have a pair of Zamberlan trek lites and I have had them for 9 years now. I spent the first 3 years hiking every spring/summer/fall day as a geologist in northern BC and the Yukon, and use them on almost every hunt now and they are still in great shape. So at the very least I do believe in the quality of Zamberlans. As with any good boot, make sure to break them in before your first long hunt...........

Probably not the same model, but the leather zamberlan's I had were pretty stiff and were horrible for blisters with the back of my heal rubbing and not staying seated no matter how I tied the boots.

I now have a pair of lowa's and they are fantastic. Not one blister since the day I bought them and they are exactly what I was looking for.

I agree with toole200 I have not tried that model so if they feel comfortable and fit you should go with them. I used the same pair of zams for 4 years tree planting which is harder on boots than anything else I've ever done and I still have the same pair. They aren't in the best shape but If you get the same amount of use backpacking out of them you will have them for years
