Hunting on land leased by Alberta Transportation

Does anyone know if land leased by Alberta Transportation is considered Crown land? If not, how would one seek permission to hunt on this type of land?

I am looking to hunt on land that is reserved as a transportation corridor for future road construction. In its current state there is just forest and game!

Any suggestions or pointers would be helpful.

Not sure about this one. Check the ESRD mapping tool or call the local MD where the lands are located.
