Interesting. Those look exactly like our "Prussian carp" that were introduced illegally and have become a bit of a headache. Can you please explain to us how you prepare and eat them? Thanks

I think the physiology is similar enough that any preparation info you could share would still be useful.

Disagree. Both could be tasting good or bad, depending on water, cleaning/cooking, and they both are fun to catch.

This is only pre-cooking, the final and most important part - to simmer the fish in sour cream.
Or you can make classic "тройная уха"(triple fish soup)

Three ear is prepared on-site fishing.
For the broth must be a large number of fish ruff.
In the broth to put sturgeon fish.
Sturgeon fish only tradeable permits, all other types of fish for free without limiting the number of fish caught.

Russian carp does not mutate.
If Russian carp has a taste of grass, then a week to keep it in the tank with clean water.

Prussian carp - a mixture of carp and other fish species, and the devil.
It is considered inedible, is used as bait for catching a predatory fish

Are you familiar with this method of fishing? http://www.youtube.com/embed/BwdmkhAPA2o?rel=0

Oops! I ate them a lot and enjoyed the taste, sorry. May be we are talking about different kinds of fish?
Prussian carp - серебряный карась.
Crucian carp - золотой карась.
Backhome both considered edible and Prussian carp actually used as a farm fish along with common carp because of it's high reproductive rate and good taste.

Prussian carp multiplies rapidly. From a lack of food mutates into a small size of the fish no more cigarettes. It is used as bait for catching a predatory fish.
Hybrid Prussian carp and carp acquires properties that depend on the water body and the wealth of food.
