Default Good starter thumb release

Looking at trying out a thumb release. I am just wondering what would be a good starter one thats not gonna break the bank in case i dont like them.

try them out .... you should be able to try them before you buy them...

for sure, or go to a shoot and ask someone there to try theirs and maybe for some pointers. Most people are very open to that kind of thing at shoots. I know the people I regularly hang out with are all about helping out archers however they can.

Its kinda like saying I want to buy a Ferrari but going to test drive a Mazda.. Your going to have completely different experience shooting a cheap thumb vs a carter/stan. Go to a shop that will let you try one or find a friend with one to try.
