Default Do You Anneal Before or After Sizing

Hey guys I am unsure as what to do here. I will be annealing brass for the first time and can't find info on if I should size and trim the brass before annealing or vise versa.
Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated
Thanks

You always want to aneal to soften brass so it doesnt work harden and cause cracking. Stands to reason it should be done before you work the brass not after. Before sizing is the correct answer.

Always before. If you're going to return the metal's pliability, why would you do it after sizing?

With the price of brass now it wouldn’t take that long for an annealer to pay for itself.
