If you are looking to rent cabins that would include permission to hunt private land I don’t know of any that exist. But if you are looking to rent a cabin within reasonable distance of public land you will be able to find options just Google it

It's not legal, to offer access for hunting, as part of the rental agreement, but it definitely exists, we have been approached and were offered this situation while elk hunting. A coworker rented a cabin that included exclusive permission, for several years, in the same area.

I assumed it would infringe on the no paid hunting rules but not surprised it’s being done

Thumbs up

I would just find an area I would like to hunt be it crown land and then see what is available for cabins in or around that area.
Might be able to do a fall fishing/deer hunt etc
I know around here there are places to rent and your a short drive to crown prime hunting/ fishing areas.
WMU 514 for instance.
Good luck.
