Default Purchasing Trapping License Online

Has anyone successfully purchased their trapping license online this season? I don't see the option online.

From the 20/21 Trapping Regs:

"Important Information for 2020-2021

Beginning in July 2021, all fur management licences will be issued through AlbertaRelm and will require that trappers obtain a WiN activation in order purchase a licence ($8+gst). This change will allow for the same online services that Alberta’s hunters and anglers now enjoy, including online submission of fur harvest reports. Many trappers currently have a WiN account, to enable the purchase of hunting and angling licences. This same WiN account will enable the purchase of fur management licences beginning in July 2021. Please see MyWildAlberta.ca for more information."

Default Trapline Licence Renewal

Did mine in person. You have to call and book an appointment in Spruce Grove and they will be able to help you out.

I got my license and a buyers permit via the phone and email today. It didn’t have anything to do with the RELM site like buying Hunting and Fishing licenses though. The Edmonton office will accommodate emailing the Fur Harvester report, sending a request for payment and finally your license. Very easy.

Cost for the license is still $21 so this season the ATA has been unsuccessful with jacking the cost up to $75.

yup....spoke with them on the phone, gave them my email address. the rest was easy, if you don't mind giving your credit card number over the internet.

I went to the Twin Atria building and called the number on the door, asked if I could purchase my license, they asked if I had a copy of my old one (which I did) the lady said come to the door l’ll let you in, and just like that printed/paid and in my hand.

Speaking of having to go the door....Well I did that the other day and called the # given...Was then told that they were only open on Tues. and Thurs. So I called them today and had to make an appointment. Was able to get on for today and I'm sure there will be trappers lined up a km. deep......not....
Am tempted to ask them if they only get paid for 2 days a week....but only after I've got what I need from them......snapoutofit..:sHa_shakes hout:
