I don't generally use a waste basket, so I have no input on that subject. As for a brass screws, I don't see any need for a screw at all in the bobbin cradle. For the screw lock on the rotary handle, the guy at the fly shop was kind enough to provide me a brass one from a display model. I couldn't tell you how the plastic screw will fair, but the I find the vice locks very easily with even a small amount of tension.

We'll do a 5 week deadline. Let me know if anyone has any objections. This will mean get the flies to me by March 20/2013 Please account for 5-7 days shipping time. I mean no offence, but some of the other swaps have had some Lollygaggers, so I'm requesting a PM confirming YOU are in/out. I will provide you with my address once I've received your PM.

Lookig forward to seeing the flies!

cool, thanks.
That elk hair sedge / caddis worked really well for me last year, it's becoming my go to fly to start the dry fly days.

So I feel really bad, but I just sent mine today. I hope they get there the next day or two. I'm in lethbridge, so hopefully the mail is fast. Anyway, they are done and sent. Again I am really sorry that they're a little late.
How is everyone else doing?

Hey Fellas,
I got called out to work and am working in Saskatchewan. It looks like I won't be able to return the flies until next week. I'll be back either Wednesday or Thursday and will send the flies out then. Before I left I only had three dozen flies, but I suspect that the rest are in my (locked) mailbox.

I'm home as of friday! The flies that I have here look great!

So, looks like we have nine sets of flies. I don't mind waiting a few more days, but I'd like to get this swap wrapped up. Please send out your flies if you have not done so.

Thanks, and if you know someone who hasn't sent their flies please wring their necks and tell them to get them in the mail!!!!

Well if that is in fact the case, the commonly accepted fly swap protocol is to make the tardy tiers forum handle publicly known, and then set them adrift on the River of Shame where they can no longer participate in future swaps.

That,or off with his head?
