Default Register animals

Anyone know where to get quota animals registered at this time?

Do you ask because of covid-19 and most F & W offices are closed. I would think a city Edm/Calgary office should have a skelton staff, always few problem wildlife to be handled.

Depends where you are. Some stores like Trapper Gords and Halfords will do it as well.

Doesn’t the ATA do it as well, or is that just for sending the pelt to auction?

Some fur buyers can register fur. The ATA can do it but think it’s mainly if you are shipping through them.

I may be wrong and need to check regs, but thought after 30 days of close of season need to take them into F & W. ATA or Halfords do the registration All the time within season.

If you're past 30 days from the close of season you will get a written warning, that was the case a few years ago when I was 2 or 3 days late. I tried to blame the wife but she wasn't there, whoever signs the form is written up. If you can, take your wife.......
