Big Shot targets havae been around for a while. Sherwood Park Archery Club purchased some 3D shoots few years back but found they didn't stand up as well as the Archer's Edge targets from Mayerthorpe area. Both the Big Shot and the Archers's Edge targets had to be returned to the manufacturer for repairs and it was a pain. We even had shoot throughs on new Big Shot targets. This may happen again unless they have changed their foam formula.
Right now, if you want a target that will stand up to arrow abuse and has inserts that are easy to replace, go with the Reinhart targets. They are worth the money and easy to fix.
They make a great target. We have several that we use in our SABA shoots including the moose, elk, Buffalo, several deer and goats. They hold up very well and are well worth it.
