Default Old Montecs as practice heads for Strykers?

Could a 100 gr Montec be used as a practice broadhead for a 100 gr. Stryker or would the flight pattern be significantly altered? Not a terribly big deal to waste a couple of Strykers (more specifically their blades), but I have several Montecs that I don't use anymore.

I really can't see them flying "that" different but they still won't fly the same. Test with what you shoot in my opinion.

They do fly different, as their dynamics are also different, although slight, their is enough differance with same weight for some pending on bow tune, either one of those two may fly for a shooter while the other doesnt as well and others with different set ups may be oppisite...also recommend using what head you will be shooting with ....

My old Montecs became coyote blades. Worth trying if you don't sell them
