Where's the best place to look for and buy tickets for the Oilers home games? There's gotta be something better than Ticketmaster.

My son and I will be in town for the Nov. 20 game against Chicago, and despite my best efforts, he's a die hard CHI fan, so I'd really like to take him to the game.

Any leads much appreciated!

If you have access to FaceBook, go to the search function and type in Oiler tickets. There are many offers to sell tickets. Do your due diligence and find something.

I agree would be hard for Koskinen to stay focused stranded in Canada during uncertain Covid times last year not knowing when he would be able to see his family next. The human equation is often forgotten in hockey. I expect him to be a wall this year especially with his contract expiring he will be more grounded and extremely motivated. I never liked his contract since day one but Chiarelli and Kevin Lowe stupidity isn’t his fault. If someone wanted to overpay me for a job I’m going to be doing anyway I wouldn’t say no!
I’m thinking a lot of Holland’s success comes from him telling the old boy club to let him do his job and while they keep partying about past glory in the late 80s.

Looks like the Oil have finally turned the corner. Highly entertaining team.

Yes, it seems like they really have. It is a real nice feeing for us long suffering, hardcore fans. A real nice feeling. I hope the Flames get there too.

Nice to see them 5-0 but they haven’t played any legitimate team yet. I would also suggest Oil haven’t played anywhere near a perfect game yet so could be scary to see when everyone is clicking. Good teams just find ways to win and the Oil seem to be finding ways. In years past they would find ways to lose. 3rd and 4th lines look legitimate so far that is what has impressed me most. Ceci seems just as effective as Larson at half the $. Hyman is as delivered. The PP is clipping along but 5on5 is where they need to improve as playoffs are a 5on5 game.

We will see how the boys stack-up against teams like Carolina, Tampa, Florida, St.Louis or more importantly what they do in the playoffs.

Like to see the oil target a legitimate younger 3rd line centre (Ryan is up there in age and is a #4) and a strong #5 d-man at the trade deadline.

Anyone that doesn't think we need a goalie must have been watching a different game. You let in a couple of softies playing a legitimate contender and it is lights out.

It was good to have 4 games against weaker teams to start. Vegas is legit and they beat them with a second string goalie. They have been outshot for the most part, but not out chanced. Allowing low percentage shots is a good plan. 5 goals a game is giving them a really good chance at winning.

Uh...Vegas is slated to win the division with the oilers coming in 2nd. This early season win is needed regardless if Vegas was slightly depleted. End of the year will tell us who 1 and 2 are
