Default Central AB Job Oportunity

Any one need work or a change in career path? Located on the NE corner of Gull Lake. I believe all information is here. If you have more questions or are interested Tera will be more than helpful.

Gull Lake’s Raymond Shores, Phases 1 & 2, is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Manager / Contractor to
oversee the daily operations of the resort for a six-month contract from April 1, 2022 – September 30,
2022. There is the possibility to extend the work to a part time basis for the off season.
Key resort responsibilities include:
• Oversee day to day management of all common property, infrastructure (Water, Septic &
Electrical), resort repairs & maintenance.
• Manage the preventative maintenance of all resort equipment.
• Resort compliance - ensuring the resort’s common buildings meet required standards for
cleanliness, health & safety.
• Operating equipment and machinery to safely carry out tasks including but not limited to:
landscaping, swimming pool and hot tub operations, building maintenance, resort roads and
pathways, playground equipment, and all other common property fixtures
• Resort Compliance - Ensure that the regional properties meet required standards for cleanliness
and safety.
• Prepare monthly maintenance reports to Management and Board of Directors
• Operate within the resort’s annual operating budget and obtain approval from Management for all
expenses
• Maintain a good understanding of the resort’s condo bylaws and policies
• Liaison with contractors and hold them accountable for the work they are engaged to complete
Certifications (Preferred however will provide right candidate the opportunity to complete training /
certification):
• First Aid Training Certification
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
Expected start date: April 1, 2022
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary:
• Negotiable based on successful candidate / company
Additional pay:
• Mileage for resort related requirements up to a maximum monthly allowance
Schedule: Full Time, On Call, Six Month Contract with possibility to extend for off season

Boy, the guy that could handle this job "Should be able to walk on water" I sure hope the pay is in relation to All those talents.

Surprised no Water/ wasterwater certification needed, through Alberta Environment, although this resort is supplying drinking water by treatment and distribution, same with wastewater.

It would be a tough job (we tried to convince the board to pay the current guy more money), you have to deal with EVERYONES problem's even if its not your problem, and do the park maintenance, with some really interesting people. That said I love having a place in the park, headed up tomorrow to do some sledding! The gentleman that does it now, is amazing and if you ever need a hint on how to deal with a problem he has probably dealt with it and can point you in the right direction!

To answer sewer rat's question waste water and drinking water is done by a third party and they come everyday, its the same company that looks after some of the NRD wastewater district lift stations and odor managment facilities!

Trades I would interested in:
- Sightron rifle scopes, 4.5x14x42mm or 4x16x42mm
especially! with the HHR reticle. (no duplex pls.)
- older 6x fixed scopes with fine X or target dot.
