Default Do you use animal decoys when out hunting?

Can you find one like this here in Alberta? http://www.huntingnet.com/forum/phot...file=0;2208070

I have never tried a deer or elk decoy....do they help?

I used one to hunt moose with a bow a few years ago. It worked like a charm. It kept the old bull intrested in the decoy and not me.
I just bought a whitetail one this year. We will see how it works.

We have been successful with the montana cow Moose and elk decoy.....We use them bow hunting, and in that sport I think they increase your odds of closing the deal greatly.....

I use Montana decoy for moose, elk and deer They are very good at drawing attention away from you when bow hunting Hang some scent around the decoy and works good for me

They say the tail and the head move in a breeze.....it looks as though it is alert, alive.
