Very cool thread, Ken and for a terrific cause to boot!

I would like add a PIF of my own. I am willing to donate a couple hours of my time for a fully hand's on course in the proper pruning techniques required to maintain your trees and shrubs.

We will cover the proper equipment required and how to care for it. A full walk thru plant identification portion of everything in your yard, their tendencies, needs etc. Then instruction in how the average homeowner can do the vast majority of the smaller tasks themselves and not have to pay a contractor for it. (Calgary area only though. Approximate value: $250.00)

COOL!
Well, I just took two things off this thread, so I'll put two back up.
What i have to PIF is a BRAND new light taper , short chambered Adams and bennet barrel in 7X57 for a mauser action, and a 308 Palma weight barrel barrel for a Remington action that is used but in nice shape.
Can't remember the maker , but IIRC, it an RKS!

Default Treeguy, I am watching

Good thing you quailified the tree inspection guided care tour to "Calgary only" for we planted 3000 for a shelterbelt in just one year on the farm and two other plantings since then all over 1000 a year. You would have been here for weeks showing me how to care for them all since I am a very slow learner. Just ask KenAO07vette!
