I bought the Kamik boots you have one year because there was so much flood water on the ice. There are stiff but I end up wearing them more than my Sorels. No laces and waterproof in 12" of water. If you really don't like the Kamiks then Bogs might be your ticket.

I own the Baffin insulated rubbers and still my Cabela’s pac boot is in a league of its own for a boot that will keep your feet warm and dry. It has a great removable liner and just a ridiculous amount of insulation in the soles lol.

I bought these guys last year and they have out performed my Baffins, Dunlop’s, Lacrosse boots and the infamous Bunny boots. They are large and bulky but warm as hell.

I also splurged for battery powered heated insoles just in case but really only turn them on to make sure they are still working haha.

I’m pretty sure those are the same ones I have. Mine are green tho.

There’s 2 different Baffin winter rubbers. Ones with a removable liner and ones without. The removable ones are the ones you’d want for cold, cold. I have both but rarely ever wear the non-removable liner ones.

One thing that helps a lot is a rubber or thicker mat underfoot. I’ll only use it if it’s -20 or less since it’s the 101th thing to pack for me.

There’s also the T-MAX HEAT SOCKS at Marks. I get dozens of warm socks for Xmas and there the only ones I find worth wearing. Don’t wear them if it’s not cold though. Your feet will boil, lol.

But you get what u pay for. Wait till it goes on sale.

Totally. I found some used for $40 with extra liners. An older guy got hurt in the job and didn’t need them anymore.

I got my other Baffins without the removable liners for $30 off a guy moving back east. They last forever and you couldn’t tell if there ten years old or ten months by looking at them, or wearing them.

Check those Facebook marketplace, loads on there, a good deal of them are even brand new for half the price or less.

The model I have is Baffin Eiger

Those look a heck of a lot more like a boot you could walk in a lot, compared to the Titans I have. But I could stand in 12 inches of diesel, lol.

hey '35 whelen' saw you wrote me a private msg and wasnt sure if my reply was working.

I moved here last year, originally from Thunder Bay. Picked the boots up at the local Arctic Cat dealership there, have yet to see them in any stores in Edmonton.

I guided at my families fishing resort for 8 years and highly recommend the boots. The lightest winter boots you will ever pick up and warm.

I bought some baffin snow monster boots this year....so far very happy. Super light and the keep the water out. Have not been out in extended cold weather but at -20 for a few hours had no signs of cold feet at all.
