Looking for Electrician

I need someone to take down 4 - 8' fluorescent fixtures and suggest
And install 4 new lights . Only one fixture works ,they are 13 years
Old .
14 foot ceiling , I have very safe 13' stepladder , and if I had two good
Knees I would attempt this myself . Thnx
