Sounds like a tough one to swallow mud,, keep a high chin man..

I am just sittin on my last well rite now should be done by morning and headed home for 6 - 8 weeks of nothin but fishin and enjoying time off.. Better not talk to loud lots can happen between now and the end of the well.. For instance we are running wire line logs this morning and got stuck in the hole for about 2hrs,, I had the fisherman lined up and on their way and she popped free wheww,, I don't know if you know anything about running fish tools on open hole but it can be any wheres from one day to one week,, you just never know.. Crap like that usually does happen on the last well of the season the 4 days turns into 4 weeks,, you just never know in this job...

Anyways have fun today and keep er sane bud...

Wont be long now, we'll be all wrapped up fer a bit. Wish I was up Edson way, where fellas like SRP71 are kickin back, feet up, poppinatop with a big stogie, and takin life easy.

Wink this weekend

Hi mudslug sorry to hear your sick. Went to the trapline to clean up and store are martin boxes. We went for a quick sled ride on the lake, and we saw a otter that just freshly open up a muskrat push up. He wasnt huge but nice to see. If the weather hangs in we are going to set up some beaver traps through the ice. Hope your feeling better.

Mud,

I feel your pain man, first weekend I have not been in the field for I cant remember how long, the wife and kids are at the in-laws and yup I am taking calls...
Oh well at least it pays alright and its better to be the guy sending guys to work instead of hitting the road again. After going into the shop today I made the most of the evening and when I came home broke out the 22 for some much needed TLC, cant wait to get out and do some shooting.

Sure is a lot of patch guys on here, which I knew before but it still surprises me. I work for a small service company that runs down-hole survey tools. I would be interested to know what other guys are doing esp the tool pushes or drilling consultants. If I am every by your rig I will have to stop by say Hi and see what I have in the goodie bag for a fellow outdoorsman!

That's a good idea Fall.

Being a drilling consultant, I would definately throw work towards other A.O.er's.
And don't be afraid to bring your bag-o-goodies by Blackwatch 10. Just remember I'm on nights.
