PAL or RPAL or RPAL with restricted’s, paper and snail mail, or electronic renewal?

Probably by the first 2 weeks of January or sooner, if filed today, and subject to the big “if”.
Like “if” you didn’t check yes to any of the questions, etc.

Rpal
Sent Electronic application on Feb. 17/20 and received it today March 16th/20.
They had asked for a copy of my range membership on March 5th, faxed it in March 6th. And last week on website said approved and should receive it in less than 2 weeks.
Excellent Service, Cheers

I did my last renewal online. It was signed exactly one week after I sent it. Not sure how long it took in the mail as I don't get my mail everyday.

Just reading on some of the common social media groups and the Miramachi office has been closed, but the employees are working from home. It will slow things down without question, and almost undoubtedly bring the RPAL to a screeching halt. At least I bet they say it will, just like their printer issue.
This time I completely understand. I just hope this all gets sorted out quick, on all fronts.

I have received my renewed PAL in less than three weeks, and I have waited almost six months. This is why, I always submit my renewal at least six months before my PAL expires.

With the current state of affairs over pandemic response and countermeasures, I’d be inclined to renew 12 months in advance, as of the last month or so.

I would as well, they accept renewals up to 12 months in advance.

I just upgraded my PAL to restricted. Took the course on Feb 9th and had my RPAL by March 11th.
My buddy that I took my course with forgot to sign his form... They mailed his application back the same day that i received my license, now he's stuck in limbo haha
