Look under that...there's a second option. Click on "choose file," then choose the file you want. As FH7 indicated, you should re-size your photo first. It needs to be quite small. I think I had to re-size mine 3 times to get the system to accept it,

Other photo-hosting sites work for this as well -- photobucket is popular; I usually use panoramio (Google).
