maxxis zillas are probabally your best bet, or outlaws, personally i like my silverbacks but they are not as smooth riding on hard packed , or at low speeds

Zillas are excellent tires, for a decent price.

Great on hard terrain,or snow, not as good as many other tires in mud or wet clay, and pretty much worthless in muskeg. They ride nice, and handle good, but they don't clean well in mud, clay or muskeg.

Default For sale 30 inch mud lite tires

I have mud lite xxl tires mounted on stock canam steel rims for sale .Front: 30x10-12 ; Rear 30x12-12, (6 ply). The tires have about 100kms on them they still have the tits on them, bought them as spares. The mud lites have smooth ride and are ok in the mud. I am currently running 29.5 inch outlaws and love them, however they arent as smooth as the mud lites. If your interested we can discus a price.

I have a uncle I can get pretty much any tire through for good price so it makes more sense to buy new!

For an all out mudd filling muskeg clearing tire I would say outlaws our silverbacks for all round i would say mudlights swamplights or mudbugs. I have mudlights on my outty right now and with 4500km on them they are ready to be replaced I think my next set will be mudbugs in either a 27 or 28''. I dont find the mudlights real great in frozen conditions. But a buddy of mine swears my the mudbugs in the snow and ice.

I have ran many many sets of tires on my quads.
I have to agree Outlaws are probably your best mud tire, but they are rough riding and don’t wear well.

I’m thinking you are looking for a good all around tire. One of the best all round tires I have found is the ITP Mudlite XTR Radials. They ride super smooth and you get good miles out of them.
If you don’t want to spend the money on them it’s tough to beat the good old tired and true Maxxis Mud Bug. One set of Mud Bugs I got over 6000 kms out of them.

The only problem I found with the Swamp Lites was the rubber compound was soft in them and a lot of miles on the rocks really chewed them up.

XTR

As I stated before the Outlaws are a great mud tire, but there may be a new kid on the block. A friend of mine is running 30” Black Mambas on his Commander and they chew really good.

I found that the lugs ripped in rocky conditions on the Mud-Lites.
