.22 RimFire Black Powder

First I’ve ever heard of ... this AM a Range friend was shooting his 22 LR Blackpowder handloads. This involves pulling the bullet from a standard cartridge, removing the crimp, empty powder, recharge with black powder, reseat the bullet, and crimp. He is preparing for a black powder shoot.
