Your question is to general, so I can only guess the blower bearings are done.

Yup. Way too vague of a question to be able to give a solid answer. I’ve heard squeaky inducer fans, groaning motors due to failed capacitors, thumpy blowers due to crud buildup on the wheel, rattles, pop, clanks. . . *♂️

I have a couple of Lennox furnaces, and they are indeed noisy.

I just dealt with such an issue.

It sounded to me like bearing chatter, serviceman found a loose panel on the cold air duct. fixed that and no more noise.

I've found that a flapping piece of dried-up furnace duct tape has caused this problem as well. Older house?

If you had the blower motor change last year, they might not tightened the bolts enough and the blower wheel is now rubbing on the housing.

but it is also likely the blower motor bearings are going as well.

Dust build up in the fan ? Throws it out of balance.

Like the resonance when you leave only the back window of your car open? An electrician passed some wires through my return, and in doing so unzipped the sheet metal connection on the joist cap. It setup a flutter through the whole house.

Same thing here. I had a return air frill in the ceiling downstairs that was loose. Snugged it back up and noise gone

If you are in the Edmonton area, I know a furnace guy you can trust. Any time of day or night, no extra charge or overtime fee, focus on maintenance and repair because the big companies are sending people out for unnecessary sales not repair.
If you want an honest furnace, send me a PM and I will give you his info.

That's right up there with the 70s Chevy, easy to fix. Tough to find a technician these days , who even understands modern furnaces and the fix usually ain't 30.00

Extremely hard to find parts for them though, I been looking for a fuel pump & a ignitor for over a decade for my oil burner.

Wasn't there a member here who did furnace repairs?

I think I recall a member who I thought sounded like a great guy, and he did that sort of work.

Anyone remember him, or am I getting my sites mixed up.

Did someone say my name? I'm handicapped for a spell until my service van gets the transmission fixed on warranty, besides, the OP is a bit of a drive even with it functional again.

If both of the motors (main blower and combustion venter motor) are new, it might not be bearings but the blower wheel being out of balance could certainly be an issue. Sometimes simply changing the blower speed by connecting a different wire can help, take note of the speed ratings of the 3 or 4 hot leads as printed right on the motor, the inner wiring diagram sticker or in the manual. I liked the older belt-drive blowers as you could simply adjust the motor pulley for speed changes. A speed change can make a big difference when it comes to harmonics. Of course other issues can be poorly fastened ductwork, something loose, etc. Some noise complaint calls were quite easy to amend, others downright annoying to solve when.
