Read the bolded part Sir. Obviously you have NO CLUE about the costs of running a health care system. Doctors are not cheap, the medical infrastructure and all the up to date equipment is mind bogglingly.
Profit is NOT bad word in North America.

Zero I bet. But what does that have to do with anything.
If u want to see what private costs just see how much would pay for dentistry . What is going rate for braces now ? $6000 to $8000. For what? Attach wires to teeth and turn every so often . Show me a dentist and I will show u a mansion .
If u have private all good doctors and nurses go there which then just drives up wages paid to public doctors and nurses . If not just start scraping the bottom of the barrel of doctors and nurses that will work public.

I should have used the smiley. Point is, I've not seen a proposal that moves urgent, life-saving procedures to the private side. If a person has cancer, you get your MRI's and surgeries moved to the top of the list, as they should be. Ditto for other surgeries like gall bladder, appendix etc.......no wait time for emergency surgery.
If there's a proposal that moves emergency-type surgeries to the private sector, I'd like to see it.
The only private/public proposal that I've seen that preserves our universal system while improving access is the one that I mentioned above.....people with cash pay for the services of under utilised surgeons in under utilised operating rooms.

You may be right, so what's your solution?
Don't get me wrong, I don't think two tiered health care is a solution, only another option.
As I see it the solution is for people to start thinking for themselves and stop voting for lairs and thieves.
But I don't see that happening any time soon.
In the mean time I see only two options, live with the status quo or try something different.
I'd rather try something different then live with the status quo.
The status quo is why I have lung issues and back problems today.

Ah yes the dream! Sex changes for everyone. I had no idea it was sooooo obvious. Maybe two tier is the way to go this way we can just pay for it on payday and boom no more banana!

Here's the rub about the Doctor issue, MOST applicants applying for the MD label, are wanting to go into RESEARCH, not being hired in the system to help us out medically hands on

Indeed.
My neighbor wanted to become a doctor so he could serve this community.
The only way he could do that was to seek schooling in another country.
To that end he moved to Scotland and got his medical degree there.
He is now our doctor and by far the best doctor I have ever met.
Meanwhile his brother studied law in Edmonton and is now practicing law in this area.

It couldn't be about foreign policy (we're not Americans remember?), destroying immigrant families, his record of sowing hate where a leader should be trying to unify the nation, or even just believing the head of state should have some degree of moral character, even if its just on the surface.
If your kid wants to have a sex change at 8 years old and mom/dad don't know it, blame the "parents" for being absent. Its not the states job to police family dynamics. Or are you saying you support a nanny state where uncle sam tells everyone what they can and cannot do?

He’s saying giving 8 year olds the power to change sexes is beyond ridiculous.
Puberty will let a person know what orientation they are. Not before.
When I was 8 I wanted to be a giraffe.
