Default Looking for vintage bow string

Have a 48" Outers fiberglass bow that was given to me as garbage. Had a crack so I reenforced it and double layered with carbon fiber. Anyone know what length bowstrings were used on these kids bow. I believe it was in the 20 - 25 lb range. Not sure now.

You can Usually take the unstrung bow and subtract 4 inches, might be less with a kids bow. As much as I like fixin things I’d be leery of letting a kid shoot that bow without at least some safety glasses. Things go bad fast and not all scars heal.

Thanks. Oh its not for kids. Applying two more layers cf on the backside. Object is to get it close to 28 lbs. From that I'll make a gel mold and cast a pure carbon fiber.
