Default Anyone got Fleece backpacks?

They used to be popular back in the 80’s and 90’s.

I just got outbid on one on EBay. They are super hard to find.

I use em when I stillhunt for obvious reasons.

If you got one and are willing to part with it, or know of an outfit that sells them.

Please let me know.

I have zero experience with these folks, but may be worth a shot. They have an 800 number to call for shipping rates to Canada

Go to the fabric store and buy 2 meters of fleece and stitch it onto an existing pack. You can pick the color or pattern and quality of the fleece. About 10 bucks a square meter.

Guess I could get a seamstress to do that.....

I just know they used to exist.... wonder why they stopped making them?

Still common used, in my home country of New Zealand,
Huntec, ridgeline, and others make them, bum bags to about 50l.
Great in the bush as quiet, I use my little 25 litre one lots,
Go check out sum NZ, fishing and hunting stores and sports suppliers.

Kifaru? Haven't heard of any news from this company for a while but they used (use?) fleece panel on their packs.

Mine is hanging in the closet, made by Gray Mountain Inc Tyler Hill Pennsylvania,
Wore it hunting mulies and whitetails in the Okanagan in the late 70's and early 80's before the Coquihalla ruined all that prime deer country. Just large enough for water, sandwhich, toque, mittens, spare ammo, fire starter and a compass, seems it was all a guy needed back then, not for sale though .

Had the Backpack but the son has claimed it. Made by Bison Gear so you can search their website for the product. Have the fleece camo fanny pack, its actually wool, 3 big pouches, originally bought it in Vernon BC. Very comfy and quiet with lots of room. Funny it has outlasted a few other items, just a tip if you find one I sprayed mine down with Scotchgard and the rain just runs off it. Don't hunt much anymore but use it on many Fly fishing expeditions. Hoping this helps

I ordered one from Cabelas several years ago, and three came in the package. I sold the other two to friends, and I use the remaining one daily when running my dog. It has actually stood up very well over the years. Cabelas likely still sells them.

These are quite similar to the old Fieldline pack I have, seems not to be too popular with most of the camo mfgrs these days. What they show here is about what was available when they were more popular.
