If they are unwilling to provide proof of who they are (picture ID and or badge number) they get the hell off my property, period. Until such proof of who they are is presented all people knocking on my door are treated the same, the young lady with the census form did an amazing job and I was more than happy to treat her with respect.
My basset hound even liked her and just yesterday my wife reported that a door to door salesman came by and the dog tryed to eat him, at first I was doubtfull. The dog loves almost everyone and crys if people leave without rubbing the blankets he calls ears, hell he dosen't even bark at the neighbors when they come over for coffee.
Now I guess I'll have to post the property, did anyone else know that basset hounds actualy had hackles to stand on end?
The census is a PITA and if any of the info you deem un needed, just don't fill that part out.
