I have ordered a couple times from them, always chose the cheapest ground shipping option and taxes and duty were always included. I never had to pay anything extra. I hear if you pick other faster shipping options, you may get hit with those charges though.

I've had the same experience. I always choose the US Postal Service shipping option as they don't gouge/rape for 'customs processing' like UPS does.

Me too, USPS and ground shipping, usually shows up a bit early.

Depending on which credit card you have there may be a small BS fee for currency conversion ...I don't get charged for it but my dad and bro do so we order under my card so the banks can stick it.

Love Rock Auto.

Thank you, Chuck_Wagon, I'll give it a try. I'm ordering new shocks/struts/rack&pinion, and before the discount it saves me over $125 then The Wrench Monkey. Monroe sensa-tracs in each corner, and rebuilt rack for less than $650 all taxes in, minus the discount if it works.

Read the fine print on those, some are only open to US residents.
