I/o Trim noise

Started getting a new noise in the boat. The trim when under way (cruising) moving it up makes a winning type noise. Only happens at speed, and not when putting it down. Sitting Idle, moving it up, normal, no weird sound. Any ideas why it might be doing this?

My understanding is that the gimbal bearing is only related to steering, not raising and lowering the leg. But hey, I'm no mechanic
