Default cougar sighting in the Hat

2 unconfirmed reports of a cougar near the Macs at 5 am. didnt know there was an after hours club in town

There's been cougars out that way for years. Both kinds.

There's a cougar in your hat!? Sounds like the kind that you SHOULD run from!

If most Albertans knew how many cougars (the feline variety) there are, around, they would freak out and never leave the house. I love them, personally -- they're beautiful.

Not me. They are a bit too close.

The come into my yard... The beautiful factor turns into the pucker factor when it's late or your kids run into one in your yard.

Every year there are confirmed cougar siting in the Hat usually along the river in the parks.
Reports come in,even tracks found sometimes but rarely a second sighting.
People get all excited tho...
