Talking Rem 700 LVSF .223 build

This is the newest addition...
  • Rem 700 LVSF .223
  • McMillan stock, Sako Hunter Pattern
  • Stainless Willams BDL bottom metal
  • Remington wart of a Shroud swapped out for a LW version with aftermarket fluted pin and spring
  • Leupold VX-3 3.5-10x40 w/Boone & Crocket Reticle mounted up in a set of Talley LW's that have been lapped
  • Factory Rem Trigger tuned down to about 3lbs
  • Blued ADL Mag box swapped out for a stainless BDL box
  • Machined aluminum follower

Still need to do...
  • Bed with pillars
  • The Willams bottm metal blast to match finish of the rifle
  • Down the road true the action and swap the barrel out for a Pac Nor or Gaillard
  • Change out the Talley Mounts for a Near Alphamount

You have to excuse the pics...just snapped them quickly to get them up

Great little rifle!!

Have you had a chance to shoot it?

Now get yourself a can of Krylon and fix that stock!!
