Default camo options for rifle

Had a coyote coming in from 600y came from the left to 300y saw the guns as they were the only thing without frost on it. Then it ran away
So what are the options for gun camo? Slide on cover?

Default Rattle can

I have messed around with vet tape wraps, slide on covers, ghilly covers. ECT.... Ended up going to the rattle can for my dedicated coyote rigs. I've been happy with the results.

Yup but to the OP you can break it up with a little white sheet tossed over it when set up if that's what you think happened.

Movement

Flash. AKA sun reflecting off metal.

Anything that stops sun reflecting off eye glasses, bare metal, scopes, polished wood, or anything else reflective is a good idea.

Then learn how to move a gun into shooting position.

Swing low, below cover, then rotate into position like a gopher coming out of his burrow.

I have had coyotes at 50 feet with no camo on my rifle, I would suspect that someone moved. But f you are set on camo, something like this will work.

The wraps work well. I found that it's cheaper at the large drug stores. It's just plain white and is used for wrapping a knee etc.

I used white hockey tape. It works well but it's a bit of a bugger to get off cleanly at the end of the season.

Now, I lay down a base layer of electricians tape. The stuff peels off easily when you're done with it.
Then I put white hockey tape on top of it. It's non reflective and it stays put, providing a good grip.

I use this - Not cheap, but it doesn't leave a residue.

I like the bandage idea! Will check it out next time I'm at the drugstore.

Vet tape...found at any farm supply store. Comes in white and often you can even find camo...a roll cost less than 4$ and is enough to cover a rifle and scope. No residue and can be reused.
