Ruger M77 African (Newer model c/w muzzle brake & barrel band front swivel)

Do the newer Ruger M77 African rifles actually have two steel recoil lugs or did they just add a second cross-bolt through the stock. I have read advertisements stating the newer model has two recoil lugs but cannot find a schematic indicating a second steel recoil lug.
