Default High River and area rifle range

Have moved to HR recently (goodbye Calgary and kiss my.....well you know). Looking for a place to sight in the new rifle. Just wondering if there is anything in the area?

Thanks a lot

Thanks. Good to know. Do they have benches, anything to shoot from? 100 yard range will at least do for sighting in. Sibald is just too far (for me) for that, and just setting up in a field has it's drawbacks.

I have not been there for a few years but they had a picinic table(s). I would call the number to see what the deal is currently.

The mossleigh range is a clay target club. Two permanent traps and a skeet range. They have a duck tower and a whole bunch of portable clay target throwers that they set up for shoots. They have a cement bench for 100 yard range and under certain circumstances they shoot 200 and 300 gongs.. Off hour shooting is by appointment. The club is licensed for pistol shooting however they do not sell members to ones that are not interested in shooting clay..

Phone Allan at 403 652-3037..for more information..
