Default Mcleod river ice

Anyone know if the Mcleod river has opened up enough to fish yet. Most years its good to go already.

Crossed over the Pembina river on the Wolf lake road Monday, it was still completely iced over. I'm guessing the McLeod will be the same unless you're in the lower stretches. Should start opening up soon with the warm weather coming....

Default Sunday - April 26th

This is from Sunday. It was chocolate at McLeod River campground but in Cadomin the river was running clear. The only issue is that is a big boar grizzly working the river as there was a deer kill on the river just downstream.

Also, family picnic by Robb.

Good Luck
Tony

I was there on Friday and all the ice was gone. River was pretty dirty though.

River is pretty clear when I went there. Anyone know how far up the river fish go by this time in the season?
